2021 was a good reading year. I am excited for 2022 and making a dent in my to be read list. Happy New Year!!

I enjoyed this book. It was really an eye opening story. We talk about all the progress America has made but this book shows how far we still have to go. I think a lot of people think the things that happened in this book was a long time ago. When it just shows it is still happening currently. Now I am going to watch the movie.

I finish reading this book with mixed feelings. I was not a fan of Corrine. Her development as a character wasn't enough for me to believe that she believed in the work she was doing or she didn't have an ulterior motive. Hiram was a character that you rooted for. I just found it hard to believe in his struggle with conduction and the randomness of how it was presented with him.

I really like Charlie Holmberg as an author. I hope she continues to do more books in this series/collection.

I found this to be a good read. Dealing with loss and moving forward can be so hard.

Finished the series. I enjoyed reading these books. I kind of wish it could have gone a little longer.
