This was one of my most anticipated books of the year and it was a bit disappointing. The first 200-300 pages were plain and when something happened it was contradictory, useless or meaningless. For example, all the action around Nova and Monarch is completely useless. You read 200p about that for nothing and that annoys me. On the other hand i think the last chapters are pretty good and the epilogue is amazing, idk what to think about this book😂

I read all the webcomic on tapas and it's so freaking cute, everybody should read it 🥰. Nick and Charlie are a beautiful couple and now i just want Alice to post more chapters because i get used to read this comic on the train and now i missed them so much 😭. I added all of her books to my wishlist and I hope i can read them all in 2020 😁

I don't usually read urban fantasy but i loved this book. Leigh Bardugo has finally come out ot her comfort zone and it has been a success in my opinion. I loved the story, the writing, ALL the characters... Alex's backstory is so well written and her characters are always so amazing... Idk, Bardugo never ceases to amaze me and i need to read the next book ASAP!

This novella is unnecessary. When you finally think that you are reading some useful stuff, it ends ??‍♀️. I don't need more hype, i don't need this "cliffhanger". We already have that, Tahereh. Anyway, i love Kenji and that's the only reason why this novella does not have 1 star.

I started A heart so fierce and broken but i don't know if i will finish it. The first one was meh for me, and this one did not start very well either 🤔

This book has brighten my weekend 😂. It's true that at first it's a bit slow, but then things begin to happen and WOW. The witches, the chasseur, the war. I loved even the romance! And a good romance is a very good point for me because i usually hate this kind of couples.

The worldbuilding was very good too but i'm still curious and i want to know more about the witches, specially after that final chapter! I need to read the next book ASAP!

This book is EVERYWHERE in my country. Everyone is talking about how amazing it was, how the story was so good and the characters were THE BEST. And then i read it and... Meh. I didn't like the characters and the story was so simple, so flat... I justo kept reading because of Grey, and he was very normal ??? Idk, too much expectatives for another retelling of the beauty and the beast.

Well well... I liked the second book more than the first one and i think the same about this one. It is probably the best book of the trilogy, though i am so SO SO angry with Sally Green because she was unnecessary cruel with that final.

I don't think this is a *good* story, not really. It is predictable and i can't stand some important characters but Gabriel is my baby.

So much better than the first one, but still it wasn't enough. I was reading and nothing was happening. I think this is a trilogy that you have to read in a row because it is very slow.

And about the characters, I love Gabriel and most of the characters are pretty good, but Nathan is just aggggg. I hate his relationship with Annalise. This is the biggest flaw of these two books, though I hope it changes in the next.

Well well... It wasn't a bad book. I mean, I've liked the plot and the characters but I felt like nothing was happening in most of the book. Anyway, i liked the background behind Nathan's story and I am sure I will read the next book soon 🙊

I am finally reading this trilogy (i had these books on my shelves for a very long time) and it seems very interesting, we'll see...

I didn't expect to like this book, tbh. I have a love-hate relationship with Marie Lu's books. I absolutely loved The Young Elites, i almost liked Warcross (xdxd) and i hated the Legend trilogy. But Wildcard was a great surprise. The first half was like Warcross for me, it didn't tell me anything. But the second half was pretty good. And the ending was perfect in my opinion, it was even realistic, which has been a big plus.

I loved this book! It was so much better than the first one since the first moment (and i loved the first one too, so xd). Theo is a strong and smart girl that wants her kingdmo back and she will do anything to get it, & i love her. I was surprised because i liked Soren and the other secondary characters, so that's an improvement compared to the first book. And the ending was surprising as well, i need to read Ember Queen ASAP!

I really enjoyed this book. I think it's not original, I mean, Theo has lost her kingdom and her family and the love interest helps her to take it back... but I enjoyed it anyway.

So, I loved Theo as a character, though I didn't like the secondary characters. I hope that changes in the second book. But she is so strong, she captivated me. The plot was simple, but that's not a reason for it to be bad. I think Theo made it good.

I hate Blaise and I don't like any secondary character. I like Theo tho, and the plot isn't bad. Not original, but not bad. Idk, I feel like there are some things that could be much better.

I don't know exactly what to say, it was okay, i think. I liked the plot and the characters but i don't know... i felt like nothing was happening through almost all the book. I loved the battles and the writing, and Fie is an amazing girl, but i guess i would like to have seen more. I still want to read the next book, i need to know if Fie finally gets what she wants.

I don't know if it's a pick but it's not a “so-so“. It's just a normal book???

These chapters are soooooo long

This story is over and i can't get over it. Mia has been one of the best characters i ever read about. She is strong, fierce, brave. And she loves so profoundly that it is overwhelming. She was, after all, a girl with a story to tell and the end of that story has been perfect. Oh and the pirates were a great addition, tbh.

Kristoff is just a genius. This whole trilogy... It is truly amazing, i can't stop recommending it.

I don't know what to think. I liked it but I still think that it has no plot twist. It is just so linear... And when they have a problem that makes me say "finally!!!!" it is solved in less than a chapter. I like the story and the characters, but I think these books need a twist. And I hope that if the third one has that twist, it is not reduced to a conflict between humans please and thank you. It is better than the first one, but I need... More.

I wanted to read this book because I loved the movie and the characters, and I was expecting to love Peter (as I love him in the movie) but it turned out that I almost hated him. He was a cretin and manipulative, ugh! But yeah I liked the book and I will probably read the next two soon 🙊

This book was amazing!!!!! I love Mia and all her storyline. Kristoff is a fucking genius, seriously. There were some things that I saw coming, but anyway I loved the book. I still hate those footnotes, but I can live with them, just give me the next book😂. And please please please Jay let Mia and her love interest be happy 😭 (I feel like a fool for asking this 😂).

This is the best book atm, it was so interesting and the plot was so freaking good! I loved Warner's pov, and though I didn't like Juliette so much in this book, she is now stronger than ever. I am dying to read Defy me because those final pages were mindblowing and I need to know more! What have you done, Tahere!!! I need Warner to be happy, please and thank you.

These are my favorite characters from the grishaverse... All of them in a new book, I love it! Zoya is incredible, so strong and powerful 😍 she's the one I want to see with a crown, sorry not sorry 😂. And those final chapters?? Wtf?? I need the next book asap!

I loved the trilogy, okay, I loved it. I think it's not a dystopia but a romance with a dystopian background. If you understand that before you start the first book, you'll probably like the story.

The worst part is Adam, I hate him. He's just dumb and selfish and, sometimes, even stupid. KID YOU ARE NOT THE NAVEL OF THE WORLD.

This book was heart breaking, a reality dose that everyone should read. I think there are never enough books like this one, where the autor shows you the REAL world, a world where black people are not safe, a world with police brutality where a black kid can be shot without consecueces. Black Lives Matter and if you think otherwise, you are the problem.

This last book wasn't what I expected at all. It was like the only thing that mattered was the romance, which is awful. Arcus is an arrogant, selfish, jealous and stupid character in every way. Sorry, but what he does can't be considered love. The other characters do nothing, the story would be the same without them. And the end??? It was just TOO CONVENIENT. Things can be convenient sometimes but this was just too much. This last book was a mess.

You know... this kind of chapters when the author is trying to create a cute scene but it's just... Ugh. It's Arcus' fault, sorry not sorry, I don't like him 😂

Aaand my last post for the moment. I am currently reading Nightblood. I am curious about what's going to happen in this book, but I am sick of absurd love stories and I can't stand Arcus and Ruby together.

This third book was amazing! I was dying to know what happened to Ahmed and the rest and woooow. And helloooo, Amani????? She's just amazing, a powerful, smart and incredible woman 😎. I love how Alwyn Hamilton manages to surprise me every time. In fact, I couldn't imagine how the story was going to end in any moment, so I can say this was the perfect book to begin the year. I just want more books, and I need to read the tales from sand and sea 😭
