My expectations where quite hight with this one. I'm not frustraded but not excited either. Just a fun read but nothing special. Plot is really interesting and development is curious: there some heavy moments and unexpected situations. I would recommend if you like weird events and cruelty.

Ohhh boy, this book! I've to say this book knocked me know. I don't remember to be so scared reading something like I was reading this one. Dean Koontz tell us a sinister tale of mass disappearance (tbh this is a subject quite intriguing for me and real cases of it are mentioned in the book!) of a small town. Atmosfere is build upon noises disturbing silence and unexpected events. Get ready for a hell of a ride!
