Storm Sister: by Lucinda Riley

Shadow Sister | Lucinda Riley

Another incredible book from the series. Pages just flew away effortlessly. From all the sisters, Star is the one that caught my attention with her quietness and her attachment to another sister.

I‘m not familiar with historical fiction, amazed by how the writer connects the fictional and the real historical characters into the story. There are some hints that raise readers‘ questions about a hidden truth of an important character in the series.

5. If you‘re into historical fiction, I recommend the series of Seven Sisters by Lucinda Riley

First book read in 2019. Like Bernadette, I don‘t participate in any school activity. Personal choice, lack of time, etc. Luckily, unlike her, I don‘t get any pressure from my surroundings. I feel a huge empathy toward her. This book is quite a challenge to read. It consists mostly of letter, emails, etc. Once you‘re used to it, it‘s a joy to read.

A page turner. It‘s funny but touching as well. There‘s a story in everybody we meet. I love Eleanor‘s and Raymond‘s beautiful friendship.

Easy good reading, finished it within 3 days. Makes me want to watch the movie. A good book to understand more about autism.

Once I discover a writer that I like, I just want to read all his/her books. This time is Rowan Coleman. This is the 3rd book that I'm reading

Another View | Rosamunde Pilcher

"You only have one family. If people belong to each other, they should at least be able to live together. I want to have something to remember. When I'm old I want to be able to remember once, even if it was only for a few weeks on end,my father &I were making some sort of a life together."

I always enjoy Pilcher's books, so when I saw this, priced very cheap,I just couldn't resist😏. I just gave up reading a thriller and miss a familiarity of an author whose books I've read before...

I don't remember the last time I buying a recently published new book. I usually borrow books from the library.Something Matthew Quick tweeted, made me decided to buy this book:"Being an introvert in an extroverted world is extremely hard work. One of the many reasons I wrote EVERY EXQUISITE THING."
