What are everyone's thoughts on Passenger by Alexandra Bracken? I'm considering making it my next read, but am not sure yet. Let me know what you thought about it ☺️

PrettyLittleReader Read it. I think it's a book that everyone should make their own opinions about, but personally I would give it 8/10 stars. It was fun to read, but it's not my favorite. I also think that my expectations were too high going into it. 😄 9y

thesebooksofmine I only just started. At first I wasn't sure, but the end of the prologue was enough to capture my attention and make me want to continue reading. I've only heard good things about it though! 9y

adragoninspace I'll definitely read the sequel but I didn't liked it that much, the pace was really different than darkest minds and I didn't care that much about the characters... But it wasn't bad! 9y

lizziekalvesmaki I thought it was really cool! The system of time travel was a really interesting concept, but it did take me a little bit to get into it. 9y

Lynettemia I think I got caught up in all the hype of the release that I created a much higher expectation of the story. I'm not finished yet but I'm struggling to continue. I'm hoping the story picks up! 9y

ReaderRayna I'm similar to a few people in that I'm having a hard time really getting into it, but I'm about half way through. Some parts are good, but I'm having trouble keeping focused on it. 9y

ofbooksandflowers I had trouble getting into it as well but at one point it got me hooked and I read the rest of it in one sitting 9y

offonmyown Like most people, I agree this is slow on the uptake. It felt like it took me a month to read, even though it only took a week. But Bracken's writing is really great and pacing issues aside, it's not a *bad* book. I just expected way more out of it😕 9y

charlene I agree with @offonmyown. It wasn't bad, but the blurb on Goodreads (plus the hype) made you expect more from it. It's part of a duology so most of the exposition was done in this book. 9y

Inkpaperblott It did take me some getting into and the insta-romance did feel shoehorned in but I STILL loved it. I'm a sucker for time travel. 9y

This book is a definite read. The flashbacks are tied in perfectly to the present story line, never out of place. And the romance is subtle and sweet and perfectly there. this is definitely a reread
