This book started off beautifully. I could picture every area of New York as if I were back there myself. There were secrets, scandal and a look into the lives of a rich upper class manhattan family. Then the story line just tapered off into nothingness and I was bored out of my mind reading the remainder of the book. I found myself skimming over multiple pages of scene which I felt were so unnecessary to the story.

Yes I have a hard copy, but I am currently listening to this book on audio during my daily drive to and from work. This book is fantastic and each character you meet have bound together in such a fascinating way.
Rachael John‘s is my favourite author and I can‘t get enough of her 💕
