I am having a myriad of reactions as I read through this book on the 50th anniversary of Apollo 11. The sentimental, but sexist dedication note. Realizing that these stories were written before the peak of the Space Race. The due date card a reminder of a library system sadly gone. This book, dedication note aside, is great in so many ways. #24in48
Honestly, I haven't listened to an audiobook in about a year. In the past, I've used the cloudLibrary offered by my local library, though I have used Audible, LibriVox, libro.fm, & listen on CDs. With libraries, there's a hullabaloo going on there since publishers are changing purchasing/licensing policies, making it MORE expensive for places already very underfunded. 😡
Favorite audiobook? Good Omens (Colin Morgan as Newt 😍 😍 😍)!
