My $20 haul from BookOutlet. My home is FULL of books, both my son‘s and my own. I love it. I can‘t help myself. 🤓#blameitonLitsy #bookNerd

Mitch Ohh.. I was looking at All The Birds in the Sky yesterday. We SO need BookOutlet in the UK ( or maybe not!) 7y
Mariposa_Bookworm @Mitch Do you use BookDepository? Sometimes they have really good sales. They are based in the UK. Sometimes I prefer UK covers over the US ones. (edited) 7y

After a drama filled day such as today, I need this. Why are 6th graders so dramatic? Everything that happens to them is exaggerated emotionally, physically, and mentally. 😓

PrincessLibrarian You wanna trade for my dramatic 9th graders? Lol 8y
BookishMarginalia I have juniors and seniors up for grabs! 8y
Kirstin My daughter is in the 6th grade. I feel for you! 8y

The_Literary_Jedi @PrincessLibrarian & @BookishMarginalia - I typically teach 10-12 graders because it's easier to handle in my opinion 😃 8y
LectricSheep I feel like 6th grade is a hard year for everyone-- teachers and students alike! 8y
The_Literary_Jedi @LectricSheep - it is one of the key developmental & academic years; fall behind in 6th, struggle in 7-8th @Kirstin - good vibes all the way, hopefully she's having a much less dramatic time than these kids were 8y
Riveted_Reader_Melissa I try to remind myself, that to them in their short lives, whatever is going on IS the worst thing EVER (up until now in their lives anyway, but they won't understand that for many years) 8y
