Just made a fresh pot of chicken noodle soup and it is amazing 😋😋
1. Chicken noodle soup with lots of crackers! 🍜
2. Gosh it‘s been so long I don‘t remember.
3. Then - I‘d lay on the couch and watch old reruns. Now - I lay on the couch & watch Netflix & drink tea.

When I was a toddler and got ill, I would have "layli soup" in order for me to get better! For some strange reason I used to call chicken soup "layli soup"! ?

I love not just this book, but the whole series. The Chicken Soup for the Soul books are heartwarming and inspirational every time. They make you smile, laugh, even cry. Highly recommend them!
Now to the food... I'm not a big fan of cooking, but I do like using my crockpot. Pictured here is one of my favorites, caesar chicken over rice with caesar salad. Super easy to make, and equally delicious.
