Woohoo!! Almost missed September's #AnyWayYouReadathon !!! Can I read 800 pages in three days?? I can definitely try!!!

Plugging away through the tagged book a chapter a day - interesting but a bit of a downer!!

Thanks for hosting @kimmypete1 @Eggbeater @MidnightBookGirl !!

Eggbeater You totally got this! 3y
kimmypete1 800 pages is doable, but even if you don't, it's all good! :) 3y

So dry. So hard to follow. So tonally inconsistent. It‘s interesting but I just can‘t keep up with it.

My little bookish souvenirs from the Pisgah National Forest, NC. It‘s beautiful here, but our camping trip has been sodden with unusual tropical like rain for 4 days now. We‘ll be back again despite the soaking. 😌 The upside is I‘ve enjoyed exploring regional writers & picking up some books I‘m looking forward to reading!

2 bags! 🤓😁 I tried to stick to regional and/or southern writers. (But I couldn‘t resist Ted Kooser‘s new collection and the kids put in their not-so-literary picks.) 😜

Thndrstd Love Malaprop‘s. Always try to stop in when I‘m in the area 6y
Soubhiville I‘m a fan of Malaprops and Downtown Book And News. Headed over there next weekend, and I‘m sure I‘ll drop in ❤️ 6y

An informational podcast about the history of the Trail of Tears.

TheBookAddict @BookishMarginalia you're welcome! 😊 they have pretty good and diverse topics. They had one recently about the Black Panther Party that was very informational. It was interesting, to say the least, to learn how much was omitted when we were being taught about it in school. 7y
