It took me about 2/3 of the book to figure out who most the supporting characters were. Even still, there were a few that confounded me until the end. I‘m rating the book ok. The ghost story is the interesting part of the story. The romance – meh. Roz, I think, was 47 years old (my age), but to me, for some reason, I pictured her in her 60s! I‘m not sure if I‘ll read the last book or not, although I am curious to find out more about the ghost.

An older couple finds romance in the second book of the In the Garden Series. I enjoyed Roz's personality and strength in the first book and I find her even more admirable in this one. I found it interesting how adults with grown children being written as the main characters of a romance differed from previous ones. It was more straightforward and the drama did not come from misunderstandings between Roz and Mitch.

This is the middle book from the "In the Garden" trilogy, so it counts, right? ? The trilogy is (are?) the only Nora Roberts books that I've read, and I enjoyed them. #gardentitle #aprilbookshowers

First cold rainy day of fall? Black tea in this mug, dinner already simmering on the stovetop, and the In The Garden trilogy while the baby naps. #perfect #romantsy #osrbc
