A sequel to the film ALIENS, with Hicks and a grown Newt (they were not permitted to use Ripley). The artwork is gorgeous, with stunning detailed illustrations of the xenomorphs. Unfortunately, the tale falls apart once they introduce the ‘Space Jockeys‘. I much prefer Ridley Scott‘s rendition of the creators from his subsequent films. Still a worthy read!

Happy #LV426 day (aka #AlienDay)! I snapped this photo at a live screening of #Aliens four years ago with surprise guest Sigourney Weaver. Ever since I make it a tradition to rewatch the film again bc it‘s my fave of the franchise.

Went to my third Mechacon, the local anime, manga, and comics con today. Got some cool merch, saw some awesome cosplay. Now about to have a lie down with a book.

Not exactly high-brow literature, but digging these after a much needed break from philosophy.

Last night my hubby took me to see Alien: Covenant (loooooooooooved it!!!!!!) I curled my hair all nice and pretty and after 10 min of being in the FL heat it was messy bun time!! 😂😂 #hotterthansatansballs
