Finally had a chance to get this posted today as it took me an extra 2 hours to get home this arvo as buses replaced trains due to a freight train breaking down in front of my train. It was going to be an extra 2 hrs I had with my partner before the kids came home from Scouts but so anyway 😭. #gettingshitdone This picture was taken on my Saturday evening walk in my front yard with the kids and Stew. He took the pic not me. I hope you can read it.

Crazeedi What a beautiful picture. Sorry you didn't have your precious 2 hrs. I know that's so important! 5y

Isadora Dances is a beautiful biography written and illustrated by Rachel Isadora. In the early 1900s, dancers were expected to be fully covered and dance with proper technique. Isadora Duncan decided to show the world that expression was more important than being traditional, to the horror of many at the time. Follow this link to learn more about the school of dance she founded based on her beliefs: http://www.isadoraduncan.org

DrSpalding Neat book selection. I own one of her books, The Ugly Duckling!🦆 8y
AmberC That sounds very interesting to have a biography that children can understand and relate to, with extended information on the person. 8y
haiimelanie This pictures in this look amazing! I'm surprised it hasn't won the Caldecott 8y
