Oatmeal pecan pie - it‘s practically a health food! It‘s my husband‘s favorite, so I surprised him this evening. The kiddo is actually the only one who‘s had any yet, though.

ravenlee My alterations to the recipe: I reduce the butter by about 1 Tbsp and cut back the sugar by 2-3 Tbsp; make the oats heaping; and almost double the pecans to fill a deep-dish pie crust. 5y
