pickFinished up this one today. A Christmas romcom with a “Groundhog Day” type premise. I liked it but I think I liked In A Holidaze better (another one that had this premise). All in all though it was fun and engaging which is all I wanted out of this. Originally planned to finish this by the new year but it‘s my first book of 2026 instead

Cat‘s expertise & her show‘s budget might be able to save it, but Noah, the town manager, is determined to protect his town from a reality TV invasion. Enemies-to-lovers with a Hallmark-movie-worthy holiday setting…though this story is too spicy to for Hallmark! Predictable, but also sweet, sentimental, and steamy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 ❤️📚
pickI started reading this back in January. Somehow, it got away from me, but I've finally finished it. This book is wild from start to finish. I couldn't tell if it was funny or horrifying, probably a little bit of both. I got secondhand embarrassment for the main character many times throughout this book. She really knew how to get herself in crazy situations. But, there were also some touching moments mixed in with all the hilarious moments.

A lot of my reading was getting intense, so I was in need of a palette cleanser. This did the trick. It was a bit predictable, but I enjoyed watching it unfold. It was a lighthearted and pleasant read.

pickI really enjoyed this Christmas romance! It‘s a take on Groudhogs Day trope, but the author avoids being repetitive. The characters are all interesting and funny (or jackassy depending on their role) and it was a great start to the year! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
