RamsFan1963 How is the Mark Twain biography? I want to read it but it very daunting, even the audiobook is like 45 hours long. 6h
MonicaLoves2Read @RamsFan1963 It's a chunkster. I'm finding it very interesting. I'm only on page 100, and it's 1200 pages long. Hopefully, I'll be able to finish it before I have to return it to Libby. There's 13 people waiting for it. 5h

#WeeklyForecast 28/25

I am back home and have lots of work ahead of me so I have to temper my reading mojo! I am about to start the third book in the On the Calculation of Volume series, which has fortunately been translated in Dutch.
I also hope to read Shark Heart. Coco & Frankenstein I will combine audio and print. Audio was free and I‘ll probably spend some time driving this week.

AmyG Shark Heart was lovely. 2d
RobES I loved Cleopatra & Frankenstein - enjoy 💕 2d
CBee @AmyG @BarbaraBB I loved Shark Heart 💚 2d

Tamra Lucky you! I think the 3rd & 4th in the Volume series won‘t be released in English until November. 😬 2d
squirrelbrain Have a good (if rather busy!) week! 2d
Suet624 Sorry to hear your vacation has come to an end but glad you have some good reading to look forward to. 2d
Lesliereadsalot Work already! ☹️ Really liked Shark Heart. So jealous you have that third volume. Hope you had the best time on vacation. Tanned and relaxed is the way to go! 2d
BarbaraBB @squirrelbrain @Suet624 @Lesliereadsalot it‘s back to work and books but that‘s okay for now! I am totally chill after three weeks of wind and sun and waves 🩵 2d

A couple of weeks of reading here. Somehow Sunday passed me by without me noticing so I‘m a day late again. #bookreport #weeklyforecast

TheBookHippie How was Kate & Frida? 1w
TheBookHippie Wave I still think about… 1w
BookNAround @TheBookHippie Kate and Frida was good but not great. I loved Love and Saffron though so perhaps my expectations were too high. 🤷‍♀️ 7d
BookNAround @TheBookHippie I chose Wave for my book club and they were not very pleased with me given the emotional beating. I do think I‘ll remember it for a long time though. 7d
TheBookHippie @BookNAround Wave I read so long ago… I never shook it. I too liked Love & Saffron. I will library it! 🤣 7d

I am about 150 into the tagged so hoping to make a big dent in it this week.

Death of the Author is the next #CampLitsy25 read, having much higher hopes for it then the last read.

I need to tuck into Spent and get it back to the library! I grabbed Immaculate Conception on audio from the library so will start there on my daily walks.

Back to work this week. The digital book is both audio and ebook, depending on my activity or mood. The physical is to read at work since we are not supposed to be using our phones in the office/classroom due to the nature of our work.
