A strange anomaly has left just one man on Earth and an Astronaut on the International Space Station. Can the man rescue her? I liked the plot but a couple of things seemed farfetched. Still the story was full of action and suspense. 4⭐

Mehso-so

This was a mixed bag for me. On one hand, I read through it in one day. On the other, it seemed overly technical. I came away liking the characters and their dilemma was intriguing, but it seemed too much like a book trying to capitalize on the success of The Martian. Whereas in that book, the technical details made you understand what Watney was doing, in this I felt it was sometimes in the way.
Lots of swearing, so beware!
