This was a feel-good story about characters who feel unloved by their families finding understanding and love with each other. Nothing complicated here, just a story of a woman‘s bravery in escaping years of physical and mental abuse and the man who gives her confidence and unconditional love and support. With this final chapter in a wonderful trilogy, @SaraPortman has definitely become a new favorite for me in this genre. Thanks #NetGalley 4/5⭐️

I‘m behind on several #NetGalley ARCs. So I need to catch up on those before I move on to some books that have been gifted to me from some generous Littens during swaps this year.
The ARCs include the tagged book, The Recipe Box, No Earls Allowed, The 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle, Snowball Oranges, By the Book and No Cure for the Dead.
I won‘t finish them over the holidays but need to get started.

melissanorr I got a couple of Christmas themed books from the library to read this coming weekend. One is historical romance and two are cozy mysteries. If I get through those and have more reading time, I hope to finish some of the other library books I've had checked out for weeks 😏 7y

Sara Portman has quickly become one of my must read #romantsy authors with this series. I have only read three books of hers and it is hard to pick a favorite but this one might be it. It isn‘t out until November 21st but book one in the series (the reunion) is out now and book two (the Offer) is out Tuesday and they are both great.
