Mehso-so

⭐⭐This book started off as a very slow burn about 2 sisters who have drifted apart in adult life. One sister is now trying to find and reconnect with the other sister. Gradually this book started intriguing me and the last 15% of it, I couldn't put it down. It ended with so many twists and turns it left me thinking wtf in a good way! Nothing was what I thought it was or how it seemed. So many secrets and lies they all unravel in a gripping way.

Another twins story so of course I had to read it.
It started as a normal tale of split families and the merge and separation of siblings, but the ‘present day‘ chapters make it clear that something monumental happened at some point. The suspense slowly built to a crescendo and that final revelation had my head spinning and got me actually flicking back to reread passages. This book had me thinking about it long after I finished it.

Don't Close Your Eyes by Holly Seddon was one of the books that I couldn't wait to get my hands on of the month of July.

I'm so happy to say that this book did not disappoint. I would very highly recommend it to other readers that don't mind books with unlikable characters and very slow building storylines.

Brilliant Book. There are so many parts to this story. Two families become friends but how far do these friendships go. Families torn apart and put back together with different members. This book certainly keeps you on your toes and just as you think you have got it then another twist is introduced. The title is very apt you certainly cant close your eyes
