I just came across this book on #netgalley and I couldn‘t be more excited! 🐾 Do you ever wonder what your dog is thinking? I do and I cannot wait to read this! 😂

This is a 68 pp humorous “book of haiku and illustrations from the mind of Martin, the talking, angst-ridden, introspective dog from the ABC TV series, #DownwardDog.” It is written by one of the show‘s creative writers, Samm Hodges.

InBooksILive I loved this show! It was hilarious! I love Martin ❤ 7y
Jess7 Update: 2/5 ⭐️⭐️ Stars (for the book): this book feels shorter than even 68 pages because of the illustrations. It was cute. I chuckled, but it was not nearly as good as the show. The show does a much better job of expanding on Martin‘s perceptions and though. Honestly, had I not of watched the show before reading this I do not think I would have liked it. #jpbookreview #bookreview #review 7y

(Downward Dog: very serious haiku from a very serious dog)

A cute and quick read perfect for dog lovers! I've never read haiku by a dog, but there's a first time for everything. I have no complaints or anything I dislike from this book, it was sweet, funny, and charming in the way only a dog could be.
