This books felt like an important turn in the story and has an equally important message to convey. Really enjoyed it.

I finally have almost all of the Sword of Truth books thanks to yesterday‘s #bookhaul in Stockholm! I also couldn‘t resist buying the Long Way to a Small Angry Planet anymore as it‘s been sitting in my #tbr for so long. Now I have a long train ride home ahead of me which I can spend happily reading!
My perfect view for evening reading. Camping weekend in the Great Sand Dunes National Park 😎📚
I little Throwback Thursday tonight. What was I reading last year at this time? Apparently it was a dark time for me, I wasn't really happy with either of these and after starting the next book in both series and then DNFing both, I bailed on both series. I never realized they were back-to-back like that, either it was a super bad pick time period or it was just me, but I was definitely done with dark & dismal and needed something lighter.

This is dangerously close to a pan for me. I do like the storyline but some of the writing feels too out of character for me. It also took me forever to read because of life stuff in January, so I'm giving it some leeway.
Edit: I was just talking with someone on bookstagram who pointed out all the Ayn Rand comparisons. That explains why I felt kind of off put when reading this. Not sure if I'll keep going with this series.
I haven't gotten much reading done this weekend, but I'm trying to make up for that tonight. #catsoflitsy
Almost home from the funeral trip. Leaving the ice storm to get to 75 degree weather in South Carolina.
