This is not the King Arthur you know….

I enjoyed this first book of the Warlord trilogy. The author does a huge amount of research for his books, and it really shows. The historical accuracy that is used throughout made this a fascinating version of the legend of King Arthur.

I greatly recommend this novel to everyone. The tale is thought provoking and humbling. It‘s a story of brotherhood and pride, of perseverance and commitment. This novel is a wonderful and horrible account of the real things that happened.

A good post apocalyptic tale. It fits for #thenerddaily #nerdreading2022 challenge as ‘published before I was born‘ This was also my April #bookspin novel.

This novel was hard for me. The premise and writing was wonderful, but the author tended to get bogged down in small details that made the book drag a bit.

The fast pace was welcome, and made this a nice quick and easy read. I enjoyed the descriptions of the Underworld very much and loved revisiting Greek Mythology.

I loved listening to this audiobook!
It‘s such a heartwarming and heartbreaking novel.

Was able to finish both #bookspin and #doublespin books this past month. And got #bookspinbingo as well!

This was such an amazing novel to read. After reading book one in the Before series I was very much ready to see what this author had in store for me next.

The storyline was easy to read and follow. The characters were wonderfully written and very easy to like. I found myself unable to put it down, despite needing to sleep on occasion.
