What are your thoughts on chapter titles? Love them? Hate them?
For me it depends on the genre. I always use them in the fantasy series I write, fantasy just seems to fit with chapter names. But in my urban gothic it's just numbers I use.

Hope everyone has had a good start to the week. After a heady night of extremely boring insomnia, I managed to cram a couple of hours on rough drafts and structure for book four of my Changeling series.
I'm not revealing much at this stage, but I can say it's likely to have either the word 'Glass' or 'serpent' in the title 😉 or maybe both...

I love returning to Erkling and the Netherworlde, to catch up with Robin, Henry, Karya, Woad and the other Erklingers. This time, Robin and his friends have to retrieve the Shard of Earth from the heart of the Everhart Forest. Their journey is fraught with danger as they encounter centaurs, a minotaur in an ancient labyrinth, and let‘s not forget the Grimms.
James Fahy creates a wonderful fantasy world. His imagery is stunning.

Each book in my Changeling series deals with one of the seven elemental 'towers' of magic present in the Netherworlde. Book three, Chains of Gaia, centres around Earth magic.
