I couldn‘t take it anymore and I had to finish! I can‘t say too much because I read this with the #LittensLoveRomance group, but like the previous books in the series, this one is also an emotional roller coaster. The author has a great talent for writing tension and twists!

#LittensLoveACOTAR #ACOTAR #ACOWAR Book 3: Ch.69-71: these chapters were filled with highs and lows and death blows and minor triumphs. The battle - Hybern - still feels like a foe they cannot conquer. That cauldron is brutal. They have to defeat it first. But it might fall to Feyre and Amren alone. ⬇️

StayCurious I was shocked that her father arrived - I kinda thought he‘d flaked tbh. A nice surprise. And to get Vassa‘s and Drakon‘s forces too - but will that be enough? I sense more doom and gloom before it‘s done…also RIP the Bone Carver 😢 (edited) 6h
mcctrish Why can‘t the real baddies be dead ?! 6h

vonnie862 I'm glad her dad pulled through! 6h
Read4life More tension and action really well written. 5h
LiseWorks I was so surprised that her dad showed up. A good guy, after all. It was upsetting to see the bone carver die. 5h
OriginalCyn620 Did not see that twist with their father coming at all! Such a surprise! @Read4life totally agree with you 💯 5h

#LittensLoveACOTAR #ACOTAR #ACOWAR Book 3: Ch.66-68: we finally learn Mor‘s secret and the reason she plays with Azriel‘s feelings sometimes. Can Az handle the truth? Could the rest of the Inner Circle? I hope Feyre‘s excursion to get the bone carver pays off. I wonder at what all she saw in the mirror? I hope her monsters really tear into the Hybern army. And hopefully this time when she disappeared- she left a note.

vonnie862 I'm glad Mor came out but I don't think it was nice of her to play with people's emotions like that. 1d
StayCurious @vonnie862 definitely not for 500 years 1d
BarkingMadRead @vonnie862 yes! I was thinking the same! 1d
OriginalCyn620 I agree, but also, Mor was in a horrible position. I‘m not saying it excuses her behavior, but I can see how she felt she had to protect herself. But I‘m so glad she felt she could trust Feyre to tell her story to. I do hope that at some point she can come clean with Az. 1d

#LittensLoveACOTAR #ACOTAR #ACOWAR Book 3: Ch. 63-65: whoo - what another crazy few chapters! I was on the Edge of my seat while they were making their escape from the camp. At least Ianthe was finely useful - in death. I kinda wish that Feyre‘s magic was unlimited haha. She‘s always using it to the point of draining her battery. Pack a charger, girl! Also, are we shipping Az and Elain? Cuz I kinda am…⬇️

OriginalCyn620 Ha! Love Parks and Recreation! But really, the author does do tension so well. I really want to rush through and get to the end! 2d

#LittensLoveACOTAR #ACOTAR #ACOWAR Book 3: Ch.60-62: Ianthe gets the ending she definitely deserved. I was surprised - as a know-it-all high priestess - that she didn‘t know where she was or the danger the Weaver‘s cottage posed. But I‘m not sorry she gone. I was sad for The Suriel - a dreamer as well. A lonely dreamer who sacrificed to make the world better. Poor Feyre. ⬇️

StayCurious She is once more learning the sacrifices that come with fighting evil, but this time in the landscape of war. I wonder, now that they‘ve seen the scope of Hybern‘s army, what their next move will be. 3d
BarkingMadRead Poor Suriel, but I was a little giddy when Ianthe started screaming 🤣🙈 3d

OriginalCyn620 The Suriel‘s death scene was touching! Which was something I wouldn‘t have expected. And I was really concerned about Cassian‘s injuries, because if he had died, I would‘ve rioted! At this point, Hybern‘s army seems insurmountable…I have no idea how this will play out. But I have a feeling it will be badass. 3d
vonnie862 I was not expecting the tender moment eith the Suriel. 3d
mcctrish The Suriel‘s death cemented for me that Feyre‘s way is the only way forward for people to survive. She trapped him that first time but when she let him go I think it changed him. I was a bit broken hearted by his death. Ianthe on the other hand, I cheered. I hope she was in utter agony for ages and ages. 3d
Read4life I definitely enjoyed reading about Ianthe‘s screams. I agree that Feyre changed something in the Suriel or at least was willing to see something different in him. 3d
maich Poor Suriel, I feel sorry for him.😭 Ianthe got what she deserved. I am very interested to see how this war will play out. It's amazing how much action there is in these books. 2d

#LittensLoveACOTAR #ACOTAR #ACOWAR Book 3: Ch. 57-59: remember when we talked about desperate times? Seeing the battle going poorly causes Feyre to look for the Suriel once more so she can get answers. And without even offering it anything in return, the Suriel is very helpful. It must respect Feyre because we learn it wasn‘t so forthcoming with Ianthe. But now it may pay with its life. ⬇️

StayCurious And in a surprising decision, Feyre leads Ianthe to a place she swore she‘d never go again - The Weaver‘s Cottage. Here‘s hoping Ianthe is more appetizing than Feyre this time. 4d

LiseWorks This was sad for me. Even though the Suriel was an enemy, he came through even in death. 4d
OriginalCyn620 Oh, I hope Ianthe gets what‘s coming to her! 4d
BarkingMadRead Omg this scene was epic! 4d
vonnie862 I can't wait to read Ianthe at the Weaver's Cottage! 4d
maich @LiseWorks I was sad for Suriel too. I kind of like him. These chapters are becoming more and more intense. Ianthe will finally get what she deserves. 4d

Fun little novella that shows us glimpses of life before and after the main trilogy. I feel like I have a little more closure. 😊
