First day, this month, I can actually sit and read. Starting this next.

I borrowed this from my local library and am finding it so informative that I broke down and ordered a copy to own! Taking notes wasn't enough. I need to be able to mark it up!
Also, although this is not about novels, I like her approach to giving writing advice better than Mosley's in "This Year You Write Your Novel." She includes exercises, and her examples are not violent or overly sexual!
Overall, it‘s a pretty good guide. Nothing super new, but I liked her information on finding markets and the exercises in part one.
Hi Littens! It‘s my first post in ages. Can‘t believe I‘ve been off Litsy for so long! One of my reading goals for 2018 was to read more nonfiction. Right now all three of my current reads are nonfiction. Kind of weird, but good!
