I am reminded of this inspiring yet sad book. She‘s definitely a teacher to me, reminding me to be more human.

Omg, I loved it so much. When I read, I feel like I am in another world and I get really emotional. When I read this book, I cried a little at the end. It is probably on my top fav books!

pickWas humbled by both the book and then recently by visiting the Anne Frank house in the Netherlands. The book is heart breaking yet inspirational. The house is exactly the same. The tour was silent and not one person took a picture. So respectful and mindful.

As the world continues to spin wildly, and sometimes feels out of control, I think a lot about personal responsibility, and the legacy I want to leave behind for future generations...Compassion, integrity, and acceptance for people whose views may differ from my own are some of the things I strive to bring to the table...💕
