I'll be joining the #24B4Monday Readathon! *happy_dance* First time I have a readathon weekend to myself. And we're switching from summer time to winter time, meaning I get an extra hour in my Sunday. 💃💃💃💃💃
@TheReadingMermaid - I am even daring to put together a TBR, but I will not write an itinerary. 😁
Hey, awesome people, we‘re at the halfway mark!!! 🎉 How‘s everyone doing? - @Liberty #readathon
Didn‘t you ever wonder what your “it” was ? Well in this B story Linden can‘t figure out what his dream or purpose is, and his brother tony tells us about how his family and linden held faith and figured it all out ! This is useful for students who don‘t know what they want to grow up and be and are unhappy about it! The Udl: is absolutely 9.1 and EL: promoting positive thinking and ideas. This is a NY Times winner and NAACP! #ucflae3414f17
This NAACP Image award winning and B picture book by Tony Dungy and illustrated by Amy June Bates. Tony writes about his brother Linden who doesn't know what his IT is. The IT would determine what he dreamed about doing. His brother Tony and his family encourage him to have faith and his IT will come to him. This book definitely does center around religion so be careful when presenting this book but would be great for a IR.
