Memories of Midnight

After many years on my TBR, finally read The Other Side of Midnight last summer and loved it - so well executed (no pun intended). I‘m happy it didn‘t take me quite as long to get to its sequel. It was really good, too - I had no idea what would happen next or who, if anybody, would be alive by book‘s end. I know they are old, but I highly recommend these two books!

GinaKButler I think there was a summer in college that I binge-read every one of his books. Loved these two in particular! 4y

I listened to this book on audio. Although I knew that it was a sequel, I did not realize that it had been made into a movie! A beautiful woman is recovering in a convent in Greece. She has lost all memory, and does not know how she has got there. A wealthy business man and benefactor of the convent supports her recovery and employs her at his shipping company‘s London office.His motives are to protect himself. Fast paced. #booked2019 #booktomovie

Texasblues Yes! My grandma would check all the stuff that wasn't appropriate for young ladies and I'd swipe them (she knew, it was my dad who had opinions). I read her Jackie Collins books, too. 9y
