It‘s really a joy for me that I like cooking. Because that‘s where I get most of my audioreading done.
The only thing with Bas Kast and his analysis of nutrition, nutrients and nutrition studies is: You become hungry.
#NovelNovember @Andrew65
You Littens, I‘m behind with reviews ā my week was arduous. (Not as awful as I expected it to be, but awful enough.)
But thisā¼ļøYou guys, I am really wondering how it can be that it has taken me so long to finally ātackleā it. I loved itā¼ļøš Not everything was new to me but there was enough new stuff to keep me completely hooked.
There is really very much information in it. So I‘m seriously thinking of buying me a copy as encyclopaedia

Yesterdayās prompt: Oneās favorite recipe.
Canāt make a choice but I for sure fall for one-pot meals (BÅuf Bourguignon, Ratatouille) and cakes (chocolate, nuts) and pancakes. And waffles.

One of the books I am seriously thinking about buying a physical copy of.
That‘s the pro-side.
The con-side: It makes me hungry.

I did itā¼ļø My first #SelfcareBingo for the rest of the month.
Once more thank you for the the idea, @jb72 and @EadieB ā¼ļø
Let‘s see if this works for me.
Well, it‘s a bit demotivating that I once again need to change my goals for #NovelNovember hosted by @Andrew65 ā¼ļøš¤·š½āāļø
I just discovered this morning that my first-choice-audiobook was borrowed by someone else at the library. So, gone is that.
And I found out it would be unwise to start with Elizabeth Strout today because āWhere the Crawdads singā will be available for me tomorrow. š So, also another book-replacement.
Especially the last goal for #NovelNovember might turn out to be a real challenge because this audiobook causes my library-app to crash when I try to download it on my mobile device.
That means, I can only listen to it at home and not on my commute.
A book I kind of wanted to read forever and least, as long as forever is when you take into account that four of us started after I listened to āFett Logik überwindenā.
So far I like it. It‘s a fluent read ā in my case, easy to listen to.
Until now, Kast didn‘t present new insights to me, but I don‘t really care because repetition let‘s things sink in deeper and he as an entertaining way of presenting things.
