Got My hands on a copy of McCammon's recent works 🤓😍 I was pretty pumped to find this at the price I did! Anyone read it yet?

I‘m about to finish listening to “Daisy Jones & the Six” on audio (which is fantastic, by the way).
What should I listen to next?
Tag something NEW or kind-of obscure (otherwise, it‘s likely I‘ve read it already). Hint: don‘t tag anything by Proust. 😅
Thanks! 🙏🏻
It‘s about a kidnapping set during the early 1930‘s in New Orleans in the middle of the Great Depression. Two con artists find each other. A young black man with an extraordinary gift hears a cry for help. McCammon will surprise you with how a simple sentence or a paragraph, about a keen observation of his character‘s world that will heavily invest you into all of their outcomes. This was just a special book to me. Pick!!!
I am 39 now but ever since I was 16 and read A Boy‘s Life and Gone South, I have loved you and your books. I am reading The Listener now and am still surprised out how compassionately you write towards all humans. How you are still able to reach into me, gently squeeze my heart, and make me cry. Thank you, Robert.
Of all the suspense audiobooks I‘ve listened to (suspense is the best genre for audio, in my opinion), this must be one of the best.
