I didn‘t enjoy this one as much as Lippman‘s later books.

Nothings better than being able to curl up in your favourite spot with a good book and your favourite blanket. With me 'You can never have too many blankets!" - I love a mix of different materials, wool, cotton, linen, they all keep you covered up while reading you favourite book.

The best thing about being a Laura is that there aren't too many of us. We got usurped by Loris & Laurens. I'm almost always the only Laura in the room. So it was never overdone. And yet it's not so rare as to be odd.
The best thing about Laura Lippman is that she does our name proud 😜. Good solid stories, paced well, with characters developed just right...You can't go wrong with a book by her.
The characters weren't likeable, even the protagonist Eliza. I felt like the author was leading me on, expecting something shocking to happen which never did.
This is the perfect characterization of me on the weekends😋
A real page turner! I read it in one day. #psychologicalthriller
I loved it! Got me from the beginning, which I love when books do that!!
