Nope. Nope nope nope. The way the characters talked? Nope. The male author writing as a dead female veterinarian? Nope. The end?!? NOPE. (Ok, it wasn‘t TERRIBLE, but I truly disliked this book). (22)

It gives Project X vibes, but goes so very beyond it. Love, love, loved it!!

You know, it‘s really hard to say no to such a cute face, but I think this is going to be a DNF for me. Maybe I‘m just spoiled by excellent writing this year so far, but the writing here didn‘t do it for me. A little cheesy, a little too much stereotype, and a little emotional manipulation all before page 60. Next!
Loved! A little Project X-ish, but better. Heartwarming as well as #HeartWrenching A great, thought-provoking story💜

If you've ever loved an animal, I would suggest this book. If you've ever had to say goodbye to an animal, I would highly suggest you read this book. It's a wonderful exploration of the place that animals have alongside us in the world, and what we can learn from them while they're with us.
And if you're not a robot, you might want to have tissues handy. I did not, and it was a mistake!

I had to consult my #kindle for titles starting with U, V, & W. I've not read any of these yet, but they're waiting for me whenever I'm ready! #marchintoreading
So these are my newest books from Operation Paperback! If you don't know what that is its a great group that sends books to active duty/veterans and for their families. I think it's wonderful! If you're interested in donating or getting on the list check them out! http://www.operationpaperback.org
