Parents: Wes climbed out of his crib last night 🤦‍♀️so we need to switch beds and toddler proof the room. We have two of the short bookcases in his room and no option to relocate them. One I can anchor one I can‘t. Is this a good alternative? What did you do for your book loving toddlers?

Bookwormjillk When my kids were in the climbing stage I usually kept books in baskets when I couldn‘t anchor things. One kid had built ins and that was glorious. The other didn‘t so I had to keep things low to the ground 😂 2y

BethM @Bookwormjillk I think my uncertainty comes from the fact that he only climbs on the couch and last night climbed out of the crib bc he wanted to be with me. We‘ve somehow developed a fear of bed time but not nap. I‘ve never seen him climb anything else but I also don‘t want him to crush himself. 2y
