
I made more progress in this book tonight. It‘s just mainly blank pages for journaling right now so I‘m still reading this book but the journaling is taking a lot of time. I‘ve been journaling when I wake up and before bed. I think it helped me process how I felt when my ex boyfriend tried to creep back into my life this week. I‘ve been no contact with him since 2017 so it‘s been 7 years. The last time he tried reaching out to me was 5 years ago.
