pickI inhaled this years ago but had forgotten almost everything about it. I‘ve thought about it a million times since then and remembered that it had a really big ending, so I decided to reread.
When I tell you I GASPED out loud toward the end-I knew it and still wasn‘t ready for it! This is THE most angsty Christian fiction book I‘ve ever read. Loads of drama from start to finish. I loved it.
Buddy-read if you can because it is VERY discussable.

My Sunday afternoon read. I like the way the authors gently weave the plot. The book is so down-to-earth, making it easy to love Kari, especially since she's willing to forgive her husband; and to resent Tim for his actions and attitude to their marriage. pickI thought I read this book back in the day, but after the ending I‘m not too sure. What a story full of sorrow and hurt and true redemption. This is a story of a woman with a cheating husband bound and determined to honor her vow to God to stay married to him. Tears. So many tears I have cried at the hands of this paperback...

This entire series is amazing if you enjoy Christian Fiction.
pickDefinitely still a 5 ⭐️ book in my opinion. Mrs. Kingsbury can create a novel that will suck you in, wrap you up in God‘s warmth and grace, & set you down in a brand new place. Her words will stay with you long after you‘ve shut the pages, long after you‘ve placed the book back on the shelf.
