Though this is a quick read, I had a hard time with this one. Continuity was not there, and there were so many holes at the end of the story (which was only 158 pages), and a revelation completely out of left field, that I‘m left at a loss from this. Positive: the MC Tess is an animal lover, & though it was never explained how a kitten randomly showed up at the crime scene and became entangled in fishing line, she at least gives the kitten a home.

Just finished this and it was alright. I flew right through it in just 2 days. I might read the next book at some point but not sure yet

The last Christmas book I plan to read this year. Looks like it‘ll be a quick one.

Horrible!! The main character is Tess and her dog Tilly. She adopts a kitten and names it Tang. They all meet the vet‘s dog named Tracker. The vet‘s name is Brady Baker, the best friend is Bree from the book boutique, there‘s Bethany from Billing‘s and Brick Brannigan, Pike Porter and his wife Patricia... I could go on and on. Oh, in the end Tess adopts another kitten, names it Tinder and her friend Tony gets a dog named Titan. I can‘t even.
