Since You've Been Gone | 
Okay, I‘ve seen this Wheat Belly book everywhere! Have any of you guys read it?
The other three books were perfect examples of #CoversThatPullYouIn - but I chose to come out empty handed... but I will be passing two more thrift stores, and two bookstores on today‘s adventures. I can‘t have this backpack getting too heavy, because I would like to walk home. Any that I should go back for later in the week? #snowbootchallenge #bookfitnesschallenge

wanderinglynn No, but I‘ve contemplated picking up the Wheat Belly cookbook because I know wheat & added sugars are my 2 biggest problems. I feel so much better, lose weight, & have way more energy when I cut out grains and added sugar. 6y
