Delightful! Food, tea & traveling, what more can you ask. Rosie learns how to live freely and with gusto, and a little bit of romance is thrown in.

This is the book that came in my Sweet Read‘s Tea Lover‘s box - and it was so cute and funny. Definitely the perfect book for a tea lover.

TheKidUpstairs Ooh, I just randomly grabbed this when I was out doing groceries on the weekend. Glad to hear it's a sweet and charming as it looked! 2y

A woman comes home to find husband‘s bags packed & her marriage over. Grieving & too much red wine, she wakes to find she has bought a fuscia pop up van. Fortunately she had told previous owner she was going to use it as a pop up restaurant! 15 years of hard work in a London restaurant has seen promotions but little happiness. Rosie hits the road. Fun premise & a page turner, but Rebecca Raisin‘s writing does not resonate with me sadly. 3/5

Set in the UK, this is the everything is fine, hashtag vanlife, hashtag digital nomad, baked goods and old books, romance and friendship book. It comes out on the 16th and is an antidote to the burnout you've been feeling.

mavey Cute Cover! 3y
ReadingEnvy @Mavey I think this is the UK cover. I thought it was cuter than the one I had. 🥴 3y

#ARC #NetGalley

Rosie, former sous-chef in a Michelin star restaurant, leaves London to become a travelling tea shop proprietor in a pink camper van called Poppy after her husband dumped her on her birthday. Planner turned pantser?! 😕

I missed the romance and it wasn't as funny as I thought it would be.

Good for anyone who wants to a quick read that doesn't engage the mind. (I can't switch mine off, hence I noticed the holes in the plot.)

alisiakae Cute cover though! 5y
julesG @4thhouseontheleft That's what lured me in. 5y

If you ever wondered what my kindle looks like when I tap the top of the page

"But bloody hell, our lives had been all mapped out. Our first child was scheduled for conception in 2021. The second in 2023. And he's just blithely walking away from his children like that! Didn't he understand I would have given up my career for our future family? The career I'd worked so hard for! And I would have done it gladly, too.
Now this!"

#NetGalley #ARC ?

julesG 😂😂😂😂 MC has just been royally dumped. Her husband walked out the door two hours into her 32nd birthday. He accused her of being not spontaneous. 5y
Lindy Her husband might have a point. 😆 5y

Super quick, cute, fun read. I felt myself similar to Rosie so I could easily relate. Not my normal pick so Im happy I went outside my box.

There are tears, fears and after 6 espresso martinis, a bit of mud wrestling in this wonderfully, bright, sparkling, witty romance. I loved every minute and can thoroughly recommend it.
