9 yo Emma Watts stars in a TV family show, prodded on by a driven ‘stage mom‘ Paige. One night, while texting, Paige collides with another vehicle causing her own death and severely wounded Emma. Her TBI leaves her with coma, amnesia, inability to form words and erratic violent behavior. Aunt Whitney is all she has and it will be a long road to recovery ❤️🩹

This book has a good storyline but in keeping up with her latest novels, Danielle Steel leaves no mystery to find and it‘s just predictable. Nothing compares to her 1990‘s writing and I feel let down by her work lately. If you‘re not looking for any mystery, suspense, or intrigue, I‘d recommend this book. Otherwise, this is just like her previous ten novels and boringly predictable. #daniellesteelisslipping

This book was a bit predictable, but still an enjoyable read by the very talented Danielle Steele. 😊

I really enjoyed Danielle steel's latest book, Silent Night. The setting in the characters could have been anyone of Danielle steel's books but the subject matter was fascinating. A child involved with serious accident that kills her mother and a seriously injured herself, sustaining a traumatic brain injury. Having a family member with a TBI, made the story particularly interesting for me! And that cover!!! 😁
Emma is a child actor on a series. Her mother Paige is a stage mother and wants Emma to have an Oscar in her future. She really doesn't allow Emma to be a child and Emma has some kind of class constantly. But one day rushing home without their seatbelts on they have a tragic accident. Whitney, Emma's aunt now is her guardian and now takes the role of parent.
This one reminds me of her earlier books.
