Good. Nice fantasy story. I read this for Goodreads Epic Quest challenge and even though I hadn't read the ones preceding this it was still enjoyable but I do recommend that you read the others first.

A fantastic finale to Mistborn Era 2. 2022 began my journey of Brandon Sanderson‘s Cosmere universe and I have zero regrets. He is a favorite author and all of his works will be autobuys for me. I can‘t go into details about this one at all, as everything is spoilers. However, it is action packed, funny, tense and heartbreaking. I recommend this series, but suggest you start with era 1 to get the full experience. 5⭐️

This was the best of the Era 2 novels, I think. Best of the character development, still action packed and the most world building we've seen. At this point, Mistborn is solidifying connections to the rest of the Cosmere and making clear that it's a core world. You may want to refresh on Emperor's Soul, Elantris, and Secret History before getting into this one.
Happy Day After Valentines Day! I know I‘m late, but better late than never. Right? Anyhow in the spirit of Valentines Day I wanted to share a few book couples that I‘ve been loving lately. When I started planning this post I noticed every single one of them was from a Cosmere book. And since I can‘t talk about couples without spoilers I‘d suggest skipping this post if you haven‘t read The Wax and Wayne Series, Elantris, and Words of Radiance.
What an end to Mistborn Era 2. Goodness. So many cameos, little lore drops, and blatant cosmere revelations that are starting to tie everything together. I am still in the dark about the true aim of the Ghostbloods, and what is going on with the shards. However, I can see the structure for a cold war esque Mistborn era coming, and I am so excited to get there. Great book.
Y‘all. I just finished The Lost Metal. I‘m not ok. Brandon Sanderson is an evil genius.

I‘m enjoying THE LOST METAL for its story and the way it looks at the changing face of technology, but I‘d like it a lot more if Sanderson‘s sense of humour jived better with mine. He‘s into a corny, overdrawn brand of funny that I can sometimes appreciate on screen but always find cringey on the page. Sadness.
Still: the book‘s mostly enjoyable, and I‘ve made progress on my witchy diamond painting these last few days. #audiocrafting
I‘ve been super busy lately with packing up our house to move, but here‘s my (late) Christmas #BookHaul 🥰❤️❤️
The end of Mistborn era 2. And what a finale that was! This opens up a lot of new possibilities for the next Mistborn books, but also the wider Cosmere too. Looking forward to tomorrow when the year of the Sanderson begins!
Unfortunately I caught another cold and I'm just too tired to read. But I think it's getting better. Hopefully I can read the tagged book tomorrow. I feel like everyone is already gushing about it and I feel left out.
Waldorf and Statler are snuggling, it's really cold outside.
