JacqMac @Melissa_J I do find it gets easier after I‘ve been off sugar for awhile. But I don‘t think cravings ever completely go away. Not for me anyway. 6y

I just ordered this and the companion cookbook through interlibrary loan (sigh, my library never seems to have what I want on the shelves). I have been really bad in my eating habits lately and need a kick-start to get back on a healthier path. Let's hope it helps! #sugar #lyricalapril @Cinfhen
