so-soIt‘s like watching a drama since the book is very detailed about what the characters are doing. Main character is Tricks the 🐕. What she can do or what she dislike. Mainly is about how the main character ❤️ her 🐕. Not much suspense and romance. #lindahoward #romanticsuspense
pickA beautiful, summery weekend finally arrived and I gave myself the weekend off. I hid my task list and headed outside with a book.
I've enjoyed Linda Howard's writing for years. Troublemaker has a strong, imperfect female lead. The male lead may be a little too good to be true, but I don't mind that in a #romanticsuspense. But let's face it, the dog completely upstages everyone.
Not heavily action packed but enough to keep the story moving.

Curled up under my blanket on this cold evening reading. Perfection!
so-soNot as absorbing as I was hoping it would be. There was a weird dog thing going on where the dog was a genius. Reminded me of all those genius kids in other books-the mini adults. Just strange. Nothing happened for 3/4 of the book and then bam! Made me nostalgic for her past books.
