Much better week. Met my walking goal 5 days & met the average goal for the week.
Went for a 2 hour walk today and did Pilates 4 days for a total of 1 hour, so nearly met the weekly goal.
Finished The Broken Earth Trilogy.
Thanks @wanderinglynn this has been so good to get me moving.

Week 2 #BFCr2 check-in.
After having sick kids all week, I'm happy I met my step goal 3 times and finished 2 books.
I'm giving myself a pass for no other exercise this week, as my energy was spent looking after my kids.
I've started week 3 on a good note though and went on the treadmill for an hour today.

Week one check in of #BookFitnessChallenge
I met my step goal 3 out of 7 days
Pilates 2 x & no bike ride
Met my goal of 1 book
I may need to revise my goals to something more achievable. Maybe I aimed too high 🤔
Im kinda out of shape & need smaller gradual changes
So not sure if ok but I think I'll revise to 6000 step, 10 min pilates 3 x a week & bike ride (weather permit as it's middle of winter here at the mo)
#BFCr2 #BFC @wanderinglynn
I haven't met my step goals for the last couple days, but today exceeded it by 2500, so I'm happy. I also didn't meet my 10 minutes a day of pilates, but finally started today. My aim is to make up for it over the week.
Thanks @wanderinglynn for organising.
After going on an overseas holiday, this is a great way for me to get motivated and get back on track with a regular exercise routine.

Whilst I have been absent from Litsy I have been continuing with my reading of The Wheel of Time books. It's going fairly slowly, but I'm enjoying them. I think it will probably take me the rest of the year to get through them all.

Hi everyone, I've been very absent from Litsy for the last 3 months. I had a bit of a rough time of it personally in my life with family, work & my anxiety kicked in.
I didn't want to engage much with people & I tend to distance myself from people when I'm in that place.
I've been working on me & I'm in a really good place right now & so I'm ready to re-engage with this lovely community again though.
So say Hi and let me know who's around 😊
I read this for my IRL book club. There will be some good discussion points I think. I was pretty sure I knew who the killer was about two thirds of the way though, but it was still enjoyable nonetheless.
I've been in a bit of a reading slump lately and this I think has pulled me out of it.

I've been in a bit of a reading slump lately. I've hardly been reading at all. So I've decided to do my own graphic novel readathon to try and get me out of this slump.
I've put these titles on hold at my local library.
Recognise any of your fave?
@thegirlwiththelibrarybag Thank you so much. I love everything. The artwork is especially awesome and I love the pop-up. I'm mad about bookish pins, so these are great. The book definitely looks right up my alley. So much here and all so great, thank you.
This I think has been my favourite swap. So much fun.
About 200 pages left to go. Wondering if I can finish it today or not 🤔
Sorry if anyone has seen me post the same thing about 10 times. It looked liked my post wasn't working so I kept trying and consequently posted multiple times 😶
Today consisted of:
Brunch by myself at a café - got about a chapter read
Painted my nails
Binge watched Teen Wolf
Had a bath and read another couple chapters
More Netflix with the hubby and now
Back to The Wheel of Time whilst hubby is playing MMORPG game.
Hoping brunch out will help inspire me to concentrate on reading. Sometimes I like the busyness and background noise whilst reading, it makes me feel like I'm surrounded by people but without the risk of interruptions.
I am feeling so unmotivated to read today. What is wrong with me?!
A slow reading month this month.
Favourite was Rat Queens.
I liked Binti but also thought it was a bit underwhelming. I think the hype gave me too high expectations.
Always love Saga, but it wasn't the best volume I've read from the series.
The Keeping Place is a re-read, but audio this time.
Continuing on with Wheel of Time, almost finished the fourth book in series, but didn't quite make it to this month's stats.
@Ingerella you inspired me to read this. This is going to be my next read once I finish reading 4th Wheel of Time book.
1. My 13yr old daughter is having a sleepover tonight, she wants to watch scary movies 😱
2. Just under 5 ft 2 inches
3. I have lived in South Australia all of my 37 years of life. Lived in Adelaide for the last 33 years and before that in a country town called Peak.
4. Still going on The Wheel of Time books 😆
5. This is me at work on Casual Friday with my much needed coffee
# audiobookinquiry @Chelleo
1. Housework, driving, hiking/walking, puzzling, wind-down in bed if I can't sleep.
2. Audible and on occasion Overdrive
3. Normal pace always
4. Neil Gaiman is excellent 😍
5. Every Heart A Doorway (loved this narrator as well; Cynthia Hopkins)
Thanks so much @GlitterGirl
Love everything and feeling extremely spoilt. Absolutely love that Guardians of Cirelle is written from someone with Autism and that they're one of your local authors.
Love second hand books, I totally agree about wondering who read before me and the story behind them.
I have not ready any Ted Dekker or David Gemmell, so looking forward to those.
Can never go wrong with Doctor Who. Love that this is handmade.
Pinot Noir and reading while dinner is cooking in the oven.
