My walking book. I love how he incorporates news clips or the actual interview into his audio books.

A rainy Black Friday means a warm bed and a new book to me!
I love listening to audible on my walks. What is a favorite you have listened to?

Love a lazy Saturday morning. A dragon hunting I‘ll go.
Reading instead of cleaning... what is your first book of the year?
When you listen to a book and something makes you laugh... and you really needed a laugh. This prayer...
My youngest and I finished book one. She is bouncing off the walls to start book 2.... not gonna lie. I‘m excited, too. Fell in love with these books when they first came out and my love affair continues.
Could not wait to get home from work, throw food at the kids and finish this book. It is in the YA genre. I love ghosts and this one satisfied. I will read the next one.
Really enjoying this little gem. Hoping it ends well enough for me to pick up book #2.
Hitting some fun anxiety parts... I love books that take off and go. So far so good... we will see.
Just finished this book... I loved the story. It has been awhile since a book has grabbed me and I HAD to finish as soon as possible. I loved the people ... getting to know them from reading about their past to linking to their present and solving the mysteries.
I loved this book as a child. Did a lit study with my group of fifth graders... all boys. Not a dry eye at the end.
We finally finished book 5. Silvia and I are enjoying this series so much. She loves readying a chapter a night. Wonder what series we will read after this one.
I‘ve heard good things about the TV show. Had to read the book first. Any thoughts?
She just read the sentence “we want you to die!” And the look she gave me... I can‘t read anymore, she said. Then looked done and started reading again.
I am really enjoying the short stories! Everything from family secrets to war stories to love stories. My love for Tom Hanks is deep and this book has pushed him into “how can one man be this awesome!” Category.
Just starting... am enjoying a cool day, outside. I love books dealing with old magical (possibly) religious stuff. Crossing my fingers it‘s good.
My weakness.... Christmas romance. I could read them all. Just something about love and Christmas that puts me in the holiday mood. This one did not disappoint. I enjoyed all the stories (because sometime I skim if one of them bores me, ha!).
When stuck in traffic, always have a book. I‘m really enjoying this grumpy old man. Apart from trying to off himself, he is my inner old man.
Hospital food and a book that's been in my pile for awhile. 2 chapters in and I think I love Ove... maybe because I'm grumpy a lot of the time, especially before coffee.
Mornings are finally cool enough to read in my favorite spot.
In another waiting room ... and reading. Crossing my fingers the book is even better than the movie. I did love little Drew Barrymore.
I really enjoyed this one... now I have to go find book 2. Like I need more books to read. To console myself, I have 2 i set aside when The Gunslinger ramped up. Stephen King always writes with such amazing imagery.
Almost done... I've really enjoyed the book.... even if it has given me a few freaky dreams.
Waiting for the doctor... I'm reading this while my daughter reads "the curious incident of the dog in the night-time". Have to finish before I see the movie. I've not read this series by him.
Ahh... Saturday morning and all is quiet in the house. My favorite time, doing my favorite thing.
Having fun reading this for my 5th grade lit circle at school. Get to have them infer for words like: catchpenny rogues, dimwits, trifle, varmints, oafs and chaw.
I know I said spring break read for this book but got caught up in It! That book took me forever and am happy to finish this one now. Anywhere I go, a book goes. Today it has been through emissions testing, DMV and now lunch.
I have never read It. With the movie coming out, seems it is going to the top of my stack. Any Stephen King fans? What book is your favorite?
Spring break read! Only have a few more days of freedom. Add in a boyfriend that says I MUST read the rest or else. Not sure what that means but not going to find out. 😂
Youngest is at her clarinet lesson. I have visitors while reading and waiting. I have watched the first episode of the series and thought I should read the book before continuing.
It is Rodeo Days here in Tucson, AZ. So I checked out this book on overdrive. Not my normal reading but am enjoying it. I really like the guy that narrates this book. His voice is that of a cowboy.
Valentines with a book, cookies and beer. Happy sigh. I liked this but ok. I loved getting to know all the characters, especially the dog.
Listening to this on my phone, Overdrive audio. I love that I can check out audio books from my library and "read" when I walk. You know it is a good book when you are rolling your eyes while listening.
I do love Eloisa and she didn't disappoint. The female character, Eugenia, was strong, funny, proper and yet not, widow. The male, Ward, only pissed me off when he was supposed to... and he got better. Now to pick a new book to read.
I love a good regency. I like feisty, strong females. I like not super obnoxious alpha males. It was a good mix of anger, funny and a story that made me wonder how it will end.
I read it here, I read it there. I read it anywhere.
Hope to finish this one today.
Believe it or not, I did not know this quote came from this book. Glad this is on my "I should have read it a long time ago" list for this year.
Taking my youngest and her friend on a walker no adventure... I get to listen to this on Overdrive. I love Overdrive.
Love it when my kids want to read with me.
I'm loving the hobbit journey. So glad someone was shocked enough to give me his books to read when I confessed that I haven't read them.
I read The Hobbit this past year and now moving on to the rest of the books. Sounds crazy, but I have never read this series of books or seen the movies. What book (or books) haven't you read but are huge sellers, classics or popular?
Took the kids to the park. It is too windy to read outside so.... in my car it is.
Sometimes a passage says my feelings. One of the reasons books are my love.
