A good sports romance with plenty of steam, but also a lot of depth. Some heavy emotional stuff going on here, which I didn‘t expect, but it made for a good story.

And I can‘t even get started on that cover 🔥

🏈🏈🏈🏈 This one started off fun & fluffy with lots of fun banter before taking a more serious turn with regard to who is family & how do you move on from lost love. There was a lot more emotional depth than I expected. #romantsy

Call me corny but the image represents what the book was about. I had some issues with the main female character but other than that it was a pretty interesting read. And yes, I loved Brody ❤

So, I've been listening to this book when commuting to and from work. It started as I thought it would but then it took a deep, complex, emotional route. I have to say that this story is more than just a "pretty" cover and now I'm obsessed with the characters.

From the first page I was transported into this delightful story about Brody, a tough, dirty talking football player with a tender side. Delilah is a reporter who first meets Brody, a NFL quarterback when she interviews him and he drops his towel during the interview. They are immediately attracted to each other and are there is a lot of banter between them. This is a well written story with witty dialogue and unforgettable characters.

1) loved the banter between Delilah & Brody made this one a fun quick read 2) had some timing/continuity issues that took me out of story as did the random 3rd POV that showed up around the half way mark 3) Brody made this book...so many lol moments
