This was one of my favorite books as a kid!
It was eerie and fast paced and such a quick read!

What are some books that continue to be a favorite from when you were a kid? Are there some authors you discovered when younger that you still follow today?

PatriciaU There are three books from my childhood that I tracked down and bought as an adult and which I read at least once a year. They are all mysteries or ghost stories and I just loved them so when I was a child. They are: Ghost of Dibble Hollow, Jane Emily, and Witch of the Cumberlands. 7y
lil_birdie_reads_83 I loved the Goosebumps books. I have about 10 of them from when I was a kid that I gave to my daughter and she loves them. 😊 7y
DawnCourt @PatriciaU I think it's good to retain some stuff from when you're younger! It kind of reminds you what it was like and where you were when you read them. Though I've never heard of those books! 7y

DawnCourt @lilhummingbird_83 I never actually read the Goosebumps series! And I'm not really sure why... Lol 7y
lil_birdie_reads_83 @OfBooksAndBiblophiles I remember them being really creepy, but haven't picked one up myself since I was around 10 to see if they still have the same chill factor. I'm 33, so it's been a veeerrrry long time. Lol! 7y
DawnCourt @lilhummingbird_83 sounds like it should be added to your summer reading list! Hahaha 7y
lil_birdie_reads_83 @OfBooksAndBiblophiles If only! My list has passed maximum about 40 books back. Lol! 7y
DawnCourt @lilhummingbird_83 there's always room for one more! =P 7y
