First thought for #theweights was the different weights in boxing... these are some of the tags that come up when you search on LibraryThing!

RadicalReader @jenniferw88 whenever I think of boxing kangaroo I immediately think of the hilarious movie Kangaroo Jack 6y
Cinfhen Great choice! I recently bought Mike Tyson‘s memoir which I‘m looking forward to reading 6y
tournevis So there are twice as many instances of Boxing Kangaroo as there are Boxing Novel. That's something. 6y

I'm closing out my #Audies2017 with the finalists in the Autobiography/Memoir category. Muhammad Ali + Dion Graham sounds like a winning combination to me.

Megabooks I've been purposely avoiding When Breath Becomes Air. I'm still dealing with compassion fatigue from my time in private practice. I just can't deal with any more death, no matter how uplifting or beautiful. #selfcare 8y
KarenUK Surprised not to see 'Born a Crime'.... so good on audio.... 8y
LitHousewife @Ebooksandcooks I completely understand. I have to be in the right place for certain topics and that is one of them. 8y

LitHousewife @KarenUK The publisher has to submit the audiobook for consideration in a category for it to even become a finalist. Also, if that book came out after September-October of 2016, it isn't eligible until next year. The Audies don't run on a calendar year. There are multiple judging rounds and the judges have to listen to all nominees. That takes time, so they cut off early in the year. 8y
KarenUK @LitHousewife oh I see... that makes sense.... thanks so much for sharing all these lists 💕 8y
LitHousewife @KarenUK You're welcome! Thank you for enjoying it. I love this stuff. 😍😍😍 8y

Amazing read! Perfect for road trips. Civil rights and anti war activism for mom, exciting fight scenes for dad and 11yo Ali fan.

Rope-A-Dope: Muhammad Ali tells his own story from his boxing origins to his defeat of George Forman and everything in-between in this exceptionally vivid and detailed memoir. He outlasted everyone from the US government to hate groups to challengers. That's why he's the Greatest!
