I‘ve always been a fan of Sara Shepard‘s writing, she is a master at plot twists. This book did not disappoint. Lots of drama and angles. Can‘t wait to read the next one!

panThis was the one book I struggled to read in 2019. I loved Pretty Little Liars both the show and the books, but I just couldn't connect with this new story. I tried and I didn't finish it, but I'm not a fan.
Okay I decided I'm not satisfied and being the perfectionist I am I took @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks advice and grabbed some stuff from the dollar tree and I'm gonna start over 😂😂😂 #LitsyLove @TheBookHippie
so-soFun fact about me - I loved Pretty Little Liars. I never missed an episode and was loyal to the end. So, when I heard about the spin off and it being based on this book, I had to read it. It was okay. Huge PLL vibes with the group of girls and a secret. I do think that some things were very hard to believe and super similar to PLL, but just like anything with Sara Shepard, I have to read the next one and see what happens.

I have to be good today and work for Uni but I will be going strong until about 4/5 pm and after that I'll continue reading The Perfectionists because after the first 100 pages and getting to know the characters, I am so intrigued and the pace is picking up 😃🤓
Also watched the new PLL this morning, whoch got me even more hyped for this high school mystery themed series ✨

I did always want to read pretty little liars but the book series just drags on. So this duology is perfect!!
so-so⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I give this book 4/5 stars because there is nothing wrong with the book itself. It sucks you in, has a good story line, twists and turns and good mystery. However I feel like it's the same story in all of her books. Very familiar if you've read her other series'.
