so-soI put The Little Bookshop on the Seine on hold after Chp 1 in order to read this prequel novella because I felt like I had missed part of the story. The author‘s other books apparently feature these same characters and are all connected-this isn‘t noted on Amazon, Goodreads, or the author‘s own website. Normally not a huge deal but the connections between these books do not flow well, and I‘ve lost interest trying to figure everything out👇ðŸ»
