4 ⭐ This book sounds exactly like Jimmy Kimmel. I could see him using this book as his monologue for a night and it would be 100% believable. I think kids would laugh and get a kick out of it being performed. I also think that all the proceeds going to Children‘s Hospital is a fantastic thing. Jimmy did do his own illustrations and while they work with this book, they only work for this book.

4 🌟 Not bad for a celebrity kids books. It will make kids laugh. It is a simple enough story but gets it point across.

I feel like this one is on the list because of who the author is. It is cute and fun, and we all need a dose of silly in 2020! But award winning? Nah, probably won‘t be getting my vote.

Fun way to get kids to be happy and excited for something.

Loved it! This is a great read aloud for beginners! Especially if they participate once you get to the mirror. Oh, to teach elementary again.

I had no idea Kimmel could draw.

I do story time at my store three days a week and always love to be able to preview new books through Edelweiss that will really engage the kids. This one is adorable and seems like it will be a great way for kids to just be silly! I can‘t wait to see their funny faces when we read this together!!!! Quite frankly, this was my favorite book for the #24in48 readathon!
